After having had to pester the support staff it feels like endlessly here to get them to respond to me off site, they finally decided (and these are quotes from the email):
"We don't [give] refunds for tips, and in the case of the models you mentioned, the charges were categorized as tips."
So, buyer beware. Flirt doesn't care if there's fraud if it is a tip.

"As a gesture of goodwill for these iss*es you've experienced , I can offer you 500 credits."
So, again, buyer beware. You can be defrauded thousands of credits, but their goodwill will literally only be of a token amount.

Bad business practices. Bad customer service. I won't be spending any more money here or on any affiliated site. And I can't even close my account without their interference.

icelandguy first one has to say sorry about the experience you had, but one has to remember there are ways to approach a subject to get a positive response rather than the negative one you manage to get. I did notice that that site manage to take the time to respond to you later which I hope had a positive outcome.
